How to Apply
A vacancy at Gallery on Lincoln becomes available only when an artist leaves, but we accept applications at any time. Applications are kept on file.
Our year runs from March 1st to February 28th. By November 15th, we will know if there will be a vacancy the following year. An ad hoc selection committee then reviews the applications on file.
A short-list is created and interviews may be held. The selection committee then presents their recommendations to the co-operative for approval.
A formal invitation is then extended to the prospective artist(s).
If an application is not successful, the artist may be invited to leave their application on file for review at the next opportunity.

Applications
Please submit the following to galleryonlincoln@gmail.com :
Cover letter that outlines what you bring to the gallery, not only your work but the commitment and skills you would bring to the cooperative experience
Artist statement describing your practice and specialized areas of interest (PDF or Word format)
Artist CV that includes your background and exhibition/gallery experience – if any (PDF or Word format)
Examples of your work e.g. a website link, or up to 10 jpeg images
Complete contact information (address, phone, e-mail, etc.) please include ‘Application’ in the subject line.
Applications are due by Dec 10th each year.
